Class Descriptions
Barre
This barre class is a fusion of yoga, pilates, ballet and strength training and is a more athletic approach to the classic barre method that uses a weighted body bar for both balance and strength work.
DEEP
DEEP is a restorative movement sequence that connects mind to muscle and catalyzes vibrational change on a cellular level. DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. The class structure also includes self-massage & juicy stretches. Class duration will be approximately one hour.
Primal Flow
Primal Flow blends intentional sequencing with creatively while maintaining structural integrity. It is a meditation in motion that will build confidence, connection and strength.
Buti Yoga
Centergy
Buti Yoga is a unique, dynamic practice that incorporates asana (poses), conditioning, cardio dance & a touch of primal movement.
Centergy is a fusion of yoga and pilates and takes a slightly more athletic approach to these two modalities to create a well rounded class that begins by warming the body, increases into more challenging work and finishes with restorative stretches.
Deep Stretch:
Flexibility and Mobility
This class focuses on increasing flexibility and mobility with long holds and assistance in stretches with a big emphasis on breathwork to allow the body to sink deeper into stretches.
Hot Core
This 30 minute class structure uses fluid drag to activate the inner and outer units of the core - giving you form, function and look. Class sequencing is broken into high & low intensity intervals. Socks are worn to complete this class to create the drag needed to activate the core.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow emphasizes sequential movement between asana (poses), coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath.
Yoga Foundations
Yoga Foundations is the perfect class for both beginners and experienced yogis. The class is slower paced in order to place focus on proper form and technique and to allow time to settle into poses.
